About Dana
Welcome. My name is Dana ("Dunna") and I reside in northeast Ohio, in the United States. I have lived in Haifa and Jerusalem, Canada, and Oregon. This website is a humble sharing of my Focusing-oriented offerings & workshops.

Stillness and creativity nourish me in this life. In my workshops, I share practices arising from my internal responses in everyday situations. At the core are principles of slowing down, connecting to our center, and making space in our being.
As a sensitive person in a fast and noisy world, I find it nourishing to convene spaces for mutual support and connection. To ground myself, I walk and spend time in nature, learn about native plants, draw, and dabble in local crafts.

As an Israeli immigrant to the United States, I have carried a perpetual sense of duality and a search for belonging. My academic work has enabled an engagement with colonized peoples and places. More recently, I have been inspired to learn about traditions of tending to the earth and our place in the fabric of life.
