Steps to a Focusing Journal

Support your inner process with visual self-guided focusing

Meets on occasional Saturdays:

11:00 am Eastern Time (online), 90-120 minutes

25 USD

These sessions offer a way to support your interior process by working with a variety of flexible visual templates for self-guided Focusing.

This practice is different from “regular” journaling: Each session invites exploration and transformation of your felt sense on the page--as colors, words, shapes, or movement. Participants adjust and re-invent as needed.

​

Each session provides time for solo work, small pair sharing/focusing, and group sharing.

​

Themes & Templates include:

​

1- Clearing a space and supporting my process

2- Working on a single issue

3- Affect & Background Feelings

4- Acknowledging my gifts & strengths

5- Inviting particular qualities to my life & process

6- Channels of Communication

Requirements:

* Blank paper, writing implements, and colors that you like to work with.

* A stable internet connection. Working on a phone is not recommended.

* Some experience with Focusing is helpful but not required.
