I do my best work as an exploratory and collaborative companion, co-creating with you a gentle space for healing relationship issues and attachment wounds, and supporting you in becoming more self-attuned and present. Experiential and somatic therapies emphasize the body-mind-spirit connection. Slowing down and pausing, we bring warm attention to issues that are causing tension in your life and in your body, revealing your deep longings, dreams, and resources to support your growth.

I often work with sensitive, creative people burdened by perfectionism, anxiety, people-pleasing, family trauma, and shame. Together we can find your voice, harness your power, unlock creativity and desire, build healthy attachments, and support helpful boundaries. As we get to know and welcome various aspects of yourself, you may begin to sense yourself as both an actor in, and self-witness of, your life.
About my Approach

We grow and heal in relationship, which means that an energetic connection between us is important. I see myself as a peer with personal experience on this journey.​​​ The approaches I have found to be most healing and inspiring - for myself and for my clients - are those that invite you home into your body and into present-moment awareness, so that you can more deeply receive and incorporate experiences of healing, connection, and self-love. This work is often supported by engaging with the natural world, creative expression, contribution and service, and meaning-filled rituals of mourning, transition, and emergence. ​
