I teach online classes that draw on the deep stretching and centering of yoga and the guidance of your bodily knowing.

We begin by entering a quiet place and presencing a state of Wise Self.

Bringing alignment to the body, we gently massage stiff places, make space in our joints, and bring flexibility to our attitudes. Sessions are slowly paced and make room for sensing into the motion you need in the moment.

Classes meet Thursdays at

10am EST (New York time)

for about 1 hour on Zoom.

$12 per session
