Intuitive Movement
Moving with Nature's Energy

I teach classes that draw on the deep stretching and centering practices of yoga, the guidance of your bodily knowing, and our connection to life's cyclical nature as taught in qi gong.


We begin by entering a quiet place and a state of Wise Self. Bringing alignment to the body, we move through a series of postures for stretching and strengthening. We gently massage stiff places, make space in our spine and joints, and bring flexibility to our attitudes. Inspiration comes from our needs in each season and from being together.

Small group classes meet on Thursdays at 10am EST &1pm EST (New York time) via Zoom. 

$8 per session, or $30 for a package of 4 classes.
