Focusing

Focusing is a gentle way to slow down and listen inside by creating enough space around your experience to behold it. Take a breath and settle into presence.

Perhaps something is preventing you from feeling at ease, healing from an upset, or moving forward with a project. A fraught situation seeks clarity. An unhelpful pattern wants to right itself.
 

Focusing invites an exploratory attitude to what is in the way. When we acknowledge barriers, they transform into messages about your unconscious learnings and your present needs.

As these are brought to the light, something shifts. You experience more freedom as your life energy can flow once again, and the next step is intuitively revealed - towards integration, acceptance, and alignment with your values.

I currently offer Focusing sessions for $75 per hour and $90 for 90 minutes, with a limited number of scholarships available. I also facilitate workshops for personal healing, social support, and creativity.
