Focusing

Focusing is a gentle way to listen inside, to slow down and tend to the life energy that seeks its next step.

Perhaps something is in the way that invites you to go deeper. A fraught situation seeks clarity. An unhelpful pattern wants to right itself. A need longs to be spoken. A wish yearns to be fulfilled.

With spacious presence and an exploratory attitude, the answers emerge from within, bringing alignment and ease.

I consider this to be a spiritual practice that invites your full self to come forth.

Working with inner parts

I currently offer a limited number of Focusing sessions for $50 per hour and $75 for 90 minutes. I also facilitate workshops for personal healing, social support, and creativity.
